The Rose

Some people call you hot
Some people say you're sexy
But I call you beautiful
‘Cause you’re more than just ‘hot’

“Sexy” and “hot” only look at the skin
When I say you're beautiful, I’m looking within
You’re a true person, caring and kind, one such as you
Is very hard to find

In my mixed world, where everything’s a fight
In a world where I can’t tell darkness from light
In these times where I’m lost, and nobody knows
I think of you, cause’ you are my rose.
